Customer Experiences is more important than ever. The online market has taken it to a whole new level. Nick does a great job of describing different companies and the impact a matter of seconds make. Along with what Nick states, I will add that how a restaurant plates its entree can make or break them. Before a patron even takes a bit they like to snap a photo to share on social media. How it looks is worth millions. No pressure right? As Nick says to look for the clues and know your customer.
