Higher Education Institutions use the term “Cradle to Grave” to define their vision of the optimal engagement lifecycle. From the first onesie emblazoned with beloved crest of a parent (or grandparent) alma mater, to application, matriculation, graduation, supporter, and beyond, today’s colleges and universities are faced with a constituency who expects effective, relevant, personalized communications at every moment in their relationship. Further, campuses have the responsibility to keep students and visitors informed and safe on campus – a proposition made more difficult with the advent and adoption of every net new engagement platform.
In this session, we’ll explore the current state of the state of campus engagement and envision the near term future of meeting the digital natives’ expectations in a way that delivers value to the student, the alumnae, and the institution at large.
