In 2015, I became fascinated with the intersection of marketing, software development, and design in the pursuit of driving an amazing experience with the digital properties we produce. During this time for me, two of the guides I used to help me understand more about customer experience were Robert Rose and Carla Johnson.
In their book, Experiences: The 7th Era of Marketing, I found a fantastic plan, along with great detail and research into why the approach was constructed the way it was, that really helped me in my efforts.
